Caldee Terms of Service

Last updated: June 24, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of Caldee, a Chrome side panel calendar service that helps you connect calendar accounts, view events, create or edit events, and manage meeting details from the browser.

Using Caldee

You choose which accounts and calendar providers to connect. By connecting an account, you authorize Caldee to use the access you approve to provide the calendar features you request.

Actions you take in Caldee may change data in the original calendar provider, including creating, updating, or deleting events, adding attendees, changing availability or visibility, and adding meeting links.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for using only accounts and calendars you are allowed to access. You are also responsible for the event details, attendee information, and meeting information you create or send through Caldee.

You must not use Caldee for illegal activity, abuse, interference with the service, unauthorized access, or reverse engineering where prohibited by law or applicable provider terms.

Third-Party Services

Calendar providers, meeting providers, browser platforms, and other third-party services remain separate services with their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and account rules. Caldee is not responsible for third-party services.

Service Availability

Caldee is provided as is and as available. Caldee may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and may limit or stop access when needed for abuse prevention, security, reliability, or legal reasons.

Disclaimers and Liability

Caldee does not guarantee that calendar data will always be complete, current, or error-free. You should review important events, invitations, and meeting details in the relevant calendar provider when accuracy is critical.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Caldee is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or service interruption.

Changes

Caldee may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be published on this page. Continued use of Caldee after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
